Where are located my downloaded MMS pictures

They are either under Android/data/com.calea.echo/files/Pictures folder or in your default media folder.

If you want the MMS medias to be automatically downloaded, don't forget the check the "Automatically save downloaded MMS into gallery" option under SMS/MMS > MMS tab.
